Initial- Lawn is mowed and edged, shrubbery is trimmed, weeds are removed from beds. At the request of broker, mulch and decorative plants can be added. Scheduled- Routine yard maintenance, frequency is seasonally dependent.
Securing-Pool to be secured with wire mesh and wooden frame according to HUD standards or Miami-Dade Approved Kiddie Fence. Initial- Drain, acid wash, refill attain chemically balanced water. Maintenance- Provided upon brokers request, usually done up to twice a month.
